Year 11 students took their learning beyond the classroom with a trip to Pha That Luang, exploring its architecture and cultural significance of this national landmark to enhance their descriptive writing skills. Seeing the landmark up close helped them capture details, atmosphere, and emotions key elements for their practice exam task: "Describe a special building inside and out."

This hands-on experience allowed them to transform observations into vivid descriptions, making their writing more authentic and engaging.
