On 28 May 2026, PBIS Founder Ms. Pathana Panyathip joined the ADB panel discussion 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬’ 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐨 𝐏𝐃𝐑 at the Holiday Inn Vientiane.

The event brought together female business leaders to share experiences in business growth, access to finance and overcoming challenges.

During the discussion, Ms. Pathana shared PBIS’s guiding values: Passion, Purpose, Preservation and Professionalism. She highlighted that sustainable institutions are built by people who care deeply, continue learning, uphold integrity and stay committed to their values.
