The visit highlighted the growing partnership between the UK and Laos across education, health, safeguarding, and regional cooperation.

During the dialogue, our CEO shared PBIS’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community impact, including receiving a Diversity and Inclusion Award 2025 for our ongoing efforts in creating an inclusive workplace culture.

She also shared how PBIS actively promotes women in leadership, with 58% of our senior management team being female compared to the global average of 30%, alongside some of our CSR initiatives supporting local communities, reflecting our belief that education should create positive impact both within and beyond the classroom.
